GVA picked to market 625,000 s/f office park.

GVA Williams New Jersey recently announced that it was retained by KBS Realty Advisors, the new owners of Woodbridge Corporate Plaza, a 625,000 s/f, six-building class A office park, to serve as exclusive leasing and managing agent. Drew Persson, first vice president, is leading this high-profile assignment on the leasing side and Paul Faris, senior property manager, will head up property management.

GVA Williams New Jersey has established an office at Woodbridge Corporate Plaza. Current tenants include MetLife, BNP Paribas and Progressive Insurance. Located at 485 Route 1 South in Iselin, N.J., Woodbridge Corporate Plaza offers immediate access to Route 1 and the Garden State Parkway. Across the street from the plaza is the Woodbridge Commons Mall with its array of restaurants and shops.

Outside the buildings, 45 acres of landscaped grounds project a park-like image, including a spectacular 30-foot fountain and open-air pedestrian plaza. A number of amenities at the park enhance the work environment, including a cafeteria, 24-hour access, roving security services, on-site management, an adjacent day care center and a helipad.
