GVA newcomer lands trophy midtown assignment.

 Williams will handle the leasing and asset management of Tower 49[R]--a 45-story trophy office tower located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan at 12 East 49th Street.

GVA Williams' newest executive, Senior Managing Director Robert D. Bakst, will lead the building's management and leasing team. Mr. Bakst, who recently joined GVA Williams, has represented Tower 49[R]'s landlord for more than 15 years. Mr. Bakst has been the lead member of the marketing, leasing and consulting effort during the past 8 years.
