GVA helps Cottontail expand.

GVA Williams New Jersey announced that it has represented Cottontail Holdings, LLC in a 102,847 s/f expansion and extension lease to Ventiv Health U.S. Sales at 200 Cottontail Lane in Franklin township, N.J. Drew Persson, first vice president of GVA Williams, represented the landlord in this transaction.

Ventiv, the leading provider of late-stage clinical sales, marketing and compliance solutions to the world's largest pharmaceutical companies, is expanding and extending its lease by an additional 28,280 s/f in a corporate realignment and is consolidating offices from Whitehouse Station, N.J.

200 Cottontail Lane, also known as Vantage Court, is a two-story, 205,000 s/f class A building. Currently, only 4,500 s/f is available for lease at the property.

"We are pleased to have represented the landlord in this transaction. This location best accommodated all of Ventiv's expansion and reorganization requirements. The lease also reaffirms the tremendous desirability of 200 Cottontail Lane," said Persson.
