 has been retained to exclusively market several high profile office buildings, comprising 669,000 SF, throughout New Jersey. The four buildings are located in Franklin Twp., Parsippany, West Orange, Newark, and Hanover Twp.

, a Boston-based advisory firm, has retained the services of GVA Williams for 265 Davidson Ave., a 178,000 SF, four-story office building located in Franklin Twp. Approximately 130,000 SF will be vacated at the end of the second quarter of 2001, based on the consolidation plans of Merrill Lynch. The building offers a four-story, atrium floor plates of approximately 45,000 SF, which can be easily divided to offer identity exposure off the elevators and into the various public corridors. The ownership plans on extensive renovations, including all common areas, a full service cafeteria, landscaping, and artwork.

, a partnership with an entrepreneurial investment group, is speculatively developing a 100,000SF, three-story office building at Exit 8B (Prospect Ave.) of I-280 in West Orange. Occupancy is scheduled for the first quarter of 2002.

The granite facade building will offer amenities such as state-of-the-art HVAC (Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning) In the home or small office with a handful of computers, HVAC is more for human comfort than the machines. In large datacenters, a humidity-free room with a steady, cool temperature is essential for the trouble-free  systems, telecommunications, extensive parking, 9' ceilings, and an atrium. The building is located at a four-way interchange and offers easy access to the Garden State Parkway The Garden State Parkway is a 172.4-mile (277-km) limited-access toll parkway that stretches the length of New Jersey from the New York state line at Montvale, New Jersey, to Cape May at the southern tip of the state. Its name refers to the state nickname, the "Garden State". , I-287, I-80, and most major thoroughfares in northern New Jersey.

Savitar Associates, an investment partnership out of Miami, has purchased 33 Washington St., a 381,798 SF, 19-story office building located in the booming Newark Central Business District. The building is located between Broad and Essex Streets. Major tenants in the building include Prudential Insurance Co. and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Current amenities include 24-hour security, full service cafeteria, ATM, state-of-the-art energy management system, and tax exemptions for Urban Enterprise Zone urban enterprise zone: see enterprise zone. .

Woodmont Properties, a New Jersey-based commercial real estate developer, has received the necessary written approvals to construct a three-story, 110,000 SF, state-of-the-art, class "A" office building at the intersection of I-287 and Cedar Knolls Road in Hanover township. Woodmont Corporate Center II will be constructed on a 14.65-acre wooded site and will offer generous 37,000 SF floor plates, making this facility an excellent build-to-suit opportunity.
