GVA Williams of Connecticut announces the promotion of Deirdre Corcoran Foote, to senior vice president. Ms. Corcoran Foote is part of the Retail Leasing Division representing retailers and landlords in disposition and acquisition. Her clients include such leading retailers as French Soles, Wireless Zone, Palm Beach Tan, HSBC, Cosi, as well as other regional and national retailers and landlords. She joined GVA in 2004. Ms. Corcoran Foote concentrates primarily on business in Fairfield County, with the ability to service a wider geographic area via the firm's global network of offices with a focus on fashion and high end retail, fashion and restaurants. Prior to joining GVA Williams, she was head of global creative services at Coach, marketing director at Mark Cross, as well as at Episode International and Ann Taylor.
