GVA Williams New Jersey has been appointed exclusive leasing agent for 1750 Route 23 North in Wayne, New Jersey by UFP, LP.

Joe Boiseau, director with GVA Williams, will be leading this assignment.

The entire 166,000 s/f office/data facility is currently available for occupancy.
