 Williams New Jersey recently completed an 88,000-square-foot sublease sublease n. the lease of all or a portion of premises by a tenant who has leased the premises from the owner. GVA Williams' Senior Vice President Bryn Cinque was responsible for representing the tenant in this transaction. CB Richard Ellis' Senior Vice President Nicholas Nemeth represented the sublessor, sanofi-aventis.

"We are pleased to have completed this significant lease expansion on behalf of Advanced Health Media. This space was chosen based on its plug-andplay capability," said Cinque. "As a result of the tremendous team efforts of all of the parties involved, this lease was completed in just 45 days. This lease will enable Advanced Health Media to continue its rapid expansion and reaffirms its commitment to New Jersey."

The lease reflects Advanced Health Media's office expansion, and comes on the heels of its Philadelphia office expansion. This will be the company's fourth office, further expanding its presence in New Jersey. The new site will house offices for Advanced Health Media's meeting logistics operations to support its expanding pharmaceutical marketing and speaker program services segment of the business.

300 Somerset Corporate Boulevard is an 8-story, 310,000-square-foot Class-A office building located in the Somerset Corporate Center Campus.
