GVA Williams acquires Associated Realty in NJ.

 Williams announced that it has acquired Associated Realty, Inc., a full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm headquartered in Parsippany, New Jersey. The new company will operate under the name GVA Williams. Eric N. Witmondt, the founder of Associated Realty, will remain a principal and serve as CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board. , while David Simson, a veteran of the commercial real estate industry and formerly a senior vice president with GB Richard Ellis, has joined the company as president and a principal.

The New Jersey office will combine the experience and expertise of Witmondt and Simson under the GVA Williams worldwide organization.
