The 9:33 a.m. attack occurred as the truck was going north on Fallbrook Avenue near Burbank Boulevard. Brink's Inc. officials declined comment. Residents in the area said they heard as many as five shots and later saw the driver on the ground on the side of the truck. At least two rounds pierced the reinforced glass in the front of the truck and one round hit the rearview mirror. ``I heard five shots, it was pop, pop, crack, crack, crack,'' said Steve McKinley, who lives near where the truck came under fire. The driver was prone in the gutter, said Rose Wanes, another neighbor who emerged from her home after hearing gunfire. ``I thought he was dead, but he was talking and moving. It's terrible,'' she said of the attack. ``In this area, we've never heard of this. I've been here 16 years, what is this?'' Lt.
