The OFA OFA - Optimal Flexible Architecture is dedicated to integrating original thinking and expression into the undergraduate educational experience. The OFA program challenges students to think creatively, exercise discipline, take risks, respect excellence, adapt to change, deal with reality, value individuality, collaborate with others, take responsibility, make intelligent choices, test ideas, and interact with the community. Radcliffe's dance program within the OFA offers extracurricular courses in modern dance, ballet, choreography, tap, and jazz and presents workshops and master classes with visiting artists. Claire Mallardi has headed the Radcliffe Dance Program since 1964; she was named artistic director of the program and distinguished artist in dance in 1994.
