GTSI Names Rick Deloney Vice President of Business Development and Program Management.

:GTSI) announced that Richard E. Deloney, Jr., has joined GTSI as Vice President of Business Development and Program Management. Deloney will report to Jack Littley, GTSI Senior Vice President of Program and Information Services.

"Rick's extensive background in program management and business development will help GTSI capture new contracting opportunities with the federal government," said Littley. "Rick is the type of leader who can raise the standards here at GTSI while growing our business and delivering information technology solutions to our customer."

Prior to joining GTSI, Mr. Deloney was Senior Vice President and General Manager for Defense Services at NCI See Liberate.  Information Systems, Inc., an IT services company. In this role, Deloney spearheaded several organizational growth initiatives and served as a key member of the company's executive team. He established and built the organization's Homeland Security practice and led a business unit of 400 employees.

Prior to NCI, Deloney held key senior management roles at Computer Sciences Corporation and COMSTAT COMSTAT communications status (US DoD)
COMSTAT Commercial Space Transportation and Tourism
 Corporation. Additionally, he spent 21 years in the United States Air Force United States Air Force (USAF)
