Both Mr. Everist and Mr. Samuels will report to Tom Mutryn, GTSI's Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

Before SOFTMART he held additional executive and channel positions including Vice President of Marketing and Supply Chain Operations for Micro Warehouse; Director of Purchasing and Merchandising for Multiple Zones; Manager of Purchasing, Advertising, and Sales for Ballard Computing; and Manager of Purchasing and Inventory Control for William Diericxx Co.

Mr. Everist holds a BS in Computer Science from Griffen College in Seattle, Washington.

Mr. Samuels has two decades of broad-based financial experience in a variety of industries in both private and publicly held corporations. Prior to joining GTSI, he served as the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for E-centives, a publicly traded direct marketing technologies and services software company, where he was primarily responsible for the restructuring and repositioning of the company during the past three years. Past positions have included Vice President of Finance for Teligent International and Vice President of Finance, Development and Operations, for Host Marriott Services Host Marriott Services Corporation ceased to be an independent company when it became HMSHost Corporation and was acquired by the Italian company Autogrill S.p.A..
