GTESS Announces the Promotion of Two Key Executives.


RICHARDSON, Texas -- GTESS Corporation, a leading provider of business process outsourcing Business process outsourcing (BPO) is the contracting of a specific business task, such as payroll, to a third-party service provider. Usually, BPO is implemented as a cost-saving measure for tasks that a company requires but does not depend upon to maintain its position in  services to the healthcare industry, today announced that it has promoted John McGahey to Senior Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer and Kevin Naughton to Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. McGahey is responsible for leading all the Company's sales, account management and business development initiatives. Mr. Naughton is responsible for directing financial plans and programs, supporting strategic and business planning processes, and acting as liaison to current and future shareholders in the financial markets.

John McGahey

Since joining GTESS in 2002, Mr. McGahey has built the key infrastructure and systems necessary to support and sustain the Company's double-digit revenue growth, including the development of its direct lead generation function, business development efforts and a world-class account management team. He has built a high-performing direct sales team consisting of deeply experienced healthcare professionals that fully appreciate our client's needs and strategic initiatives. Prior to joining GTESS, Mr. McGahey held leadership roles within leading healthcare technology companies such as Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, ALM Surgical, Automatic Data Processing Same as data processing.  and CompHealth-Medimorphus. He has successfully built world-class sales, marketing and business development teams to introduce new technologies and services to the healthcare payer and provider markets, including: clinical claims editing and HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act of 1996, Public Law 104-191) Also known as the "Kennedy-Kassebaum Act," this U.S. law protects employees' health insurance coverage when they change or lose their jobs (Title I) and provides standards for patient health,  compliance software, ASP solutions and outsourced services. McGahey holds a bachelors degree from Marquette University in Wisconsin, and has published numerous articles on HIPAA technology solutions.

Kevin P. Naughton

Mr. Naughton has led many financial, operational, and strategic initiatives for the Company, including the Company's first round of venture capital financing To start an own company or to bring a new product to the market, the venture may need to attract financial funding. There are several categories of financing possibilities. If it is a small venture, then perhaps the venture can rely on family funding, loans from friends  (December 2003), the Company's financial audits, and the re-negotiation and restructuring of the Company's banking and partner relationships. Prior to joining GTESS in March of 2003, Mr. Naughton was the CFO See Chief Financial Officer.  and COO of Pavilion Technologies in Austin, Texas, a privately held enterprise optimization software company. Prior to that, he was the CFO of S2 Systems in Dallas, a provider of software services to the financial and healthcare markets and a subsidiary of Stratus Computer Corporation.
