), a major international provider of customer care and billing solutions to the telecommunications industry. The alliance was formed to implement state-of-the-art data applications and systems for wireless carriers to use in managing and protecting roaming revenues.

The first solution resulting from the GTE TSI-Amdocs alliance will be an improved wholesale roaming rating service. GTE TSI currently offers Cell-U-Rator, which rates and edits roamer call detail records prior to clearing and settlement. The enhanced rating and conversion solution will provide new capabilities such as message error correction and web browser-enabled reporting.
