FTS will have primary responsibility for Customer Account Planning and Sales relating to the procurement of IT and professional services and will therefore be the primary point of contact with customer agencies for their procurement of IT and professional services. This realignment is the result of an extensive study that focused primarily on the processes used by FSS and FTS in the procurement of IT and professional services.
