GSA Awards NikSoft Systems Corp. a Position on USA.gov Contract.

RESTON, Va. -- NikSoft Systems Corp. (NikSoft) announced today that the United States General Services Administration has designated the company one of three successful contractors awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the USA.gov web portal (www.USA.gov) through 2012.

Contract BPA's are a means for the Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) to eliminate contracting and open market costs such as search for sources, the development of technical documents, solicitations and the evaluation of offers.

This BPA will further decrease costs, reduce paperwork, and save time by eliminating the need for repetitive, individual purchases from the schedule contract. The end result is to create a purchasing mechanism for the ordering activity that works better and costs less.
