GRUDZIELANEK IS ARRESTED ON MAUI.

As if the Dodgers don't have enough problems, shortstop Mark Grudzielanek Mark James Grudzielanek (born June 30, 1970 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin) is a second baseman in Major League Baseball who currently plays for the Kansas City Royals. Previously, Grudzielanek played with the Montreal Expos (1995-1998), Los Angeles Dodgers (1998-2002), Chicago Cubs  was arrested late Tuesday night on misdemeanor misdemeanor, in law, a minor crime, in contrast to a felony. Grudzielanek was at the establishment with family and friends, but he was the only one arrested. Grudzielanek, 29, was unavailable for comment, but his agent, Seth Levinson, said the player did nothing wrong.

Grudzielanek posted $200 bail, Sgt. Leke said. He is scheduled to appear in Lahaina District Court on Dec. 22. If convicted, Grudzielanek faces a maximum of one year in jail and a $1,000 fine.
