The new 3,500-square-foot building will be at 1112 W. Ave. M-4, in the Sierra Business Park. It will include a 900-square-foot meeting room. GAVAR was formed in 1998 from the merger of separate Palmdale and Lancaster Realtors' associations. It has 1,200 members.
