The Antelope Valley
 Association of Realtors has broken ground for a new headquarters.

The new 3,500-square-foot building will be at 1112 W. Ave. M-4, in the Sierra Business Park. It will include a 900-square-foot meeting room.

GAVAR was formed in 1998 from the merger of separate Palmdale and Lancaster Realtors' associations. It has 1,200 members.

Present for the Wednesday groundbreaking were Mayor James Ledford of Palmdale and Mayor Frank Roberts Frank Roberts may refer to:
