GREAT AMERICAN RESORTS SIGNS A BINDING CONTRACT TO PURCHASE HOLIDAY INN IN KISSIMEE, FLORIDA.


NORCROSS, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 11, 1995--Great American Resorts has signed a binding contract to purchase the Holiday Inn in downtown Kissimee, Florida for $6,000,000.00. The hotel is located approximately 8 miles from the Disney World complex in Orlando, Florida The city of Orlando is a major city in central Florida and is the county seat of Orange County, Florida. According to the 2000 census, the city population was 185,951.
