GREAT AMERICAN COMMUNICATIONS COMPANY ANNOUNCES PARTNERSHIP WITH JACOR COMMUNICATIONS

 CINCINNATI, Nov. 18 ~PRNewswire~ -- Jacor Communications (NASDAQ: JCOR) and Great American Broadcasting Company announced today a new partnership between WLW-AM and WKRC-AM to combine their radio services to listeners and advertisers in Cincinnati.
 The two companies are entering into a local marketing arrangement by which the programming and sales efforts of both stations will be combined under WLW's management. Jacor and WLW will have the right to purchase WKRC from Great American during the term of the agreement.
 David Crowl, president of Great American Broadcasting's radio group said, "We operate dominate AM stations in other markets and know WLW and WKRC combined will provide a better service to listeners and advertisers. This decision enables our company to concentrate on maintaining WKRQ-FM as one of Cincinnati's leading FM stations."
 No additional programming changes are being made at this time. The Cincinnati Bengals' games will continue to be broadcast live over 55WKRC.
 Great American Broadcasting owns four AM radio stations in addition to WKRC and 11 FM stations as well as six VHF television stations in major markets. Great American Broadcasting is a subsidiary of Great American Communications Company (NASDAQ: GACC) whose stock is traded over-the-counter under the symbol GACC.
