GRC INTERNATIONAL POSITIONS INFORMATION SYSTEMS DIVISION FOR CONTINUED GROWTH

 VIENNA, Va., Sept. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- GRC International, Inc. (NYSE: GRH; PSE) today announced that it has appointed, effective Oct. 1, 1993, James McCoy as senior vice president and director of the Information Systems Division (ISD) of its General Research Corporation (GRC) subsidiary. In conjunction with this move, the company also promoted three executives to newly created vice president positions. The appointments were made to sustain and enhance the rapid growth of ISD recorded during the past two years.
 Three new officers of GRC are Barbara D. Gorsen, vice president and director, systems technology and analysis; Frank P. Konieczny, vice president, director and chief scientist; and James L. Selsor, vice president and director, advanced information technology. They will continue to report to Mr. McCoy. Prior to these promotions, all three served as group directors within ISD.
