GRAPHISOFT Lists Shares on Frankfurt Neuer Markt; Offering to Strengthen Company's Position in World Markets.


BUDAPEST, Hungary--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 11, 1998--Graphisoft(R), a leading provider of CAD software solutions for the architectural profession and building industry, began trading its shares Monday, June 8, on the Neuer Markt of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange Frankfurt Stock Exchange

The initial public offering of 2.3 million shares, including the underwriters' over-allotment, represents about 22% of the company's 10,581,500 outstanding shares. The offering was made by Graphisoft NV, the Netherlands-based holding company for the Graphisoft Group and underwritten by Deutsche Bank Deutsche Bank AG (IPA: /'dɔɪ.tʃə/[1]) (ISIN: DE0005140008, NYSE: DB) (English: German Bank , Hambrecht & Quist Euromarkets and Daiwa Europe Limited. Initial pricing of the shares was DM40 (about US$22.50).
