GRAND CASINOS CFO RESIGNS

 MINNEAPOLIS, Nov. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Grand Casinos, Inc., today reported the resignation of James L. White as vice president and chief financial officer. White, who joined the company in January 1992, indicated his departure was related to personal family matters.
 Tom Brosig, president of the gaming company, said Grand Casinos will begin a search immediately for a successor. "We wish Jim every success, and are grateful for his contribution to building the financial systems and strength of Grand Casinos," he added.
