 MINNEAPOLIS, Dec. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of


Graco Inc. (NYSE: GGG) elected Robert A. Wagner of Dallas as an officer of the Company today. Wagner, 40, joined the firm as vice president of corporate development and planning. He will be responsible for helping the company achieve profitable growth worldwide.
 Wagner comes to Graco from Texas Instruments Inc., where he was vice president and manager of corporate development. From 1979 to 1986, he held several management positions for Diamond Shamrock Corporation, the last one being vice president of development and planning for Diamond Shamrock International Petroleum Company. Prior to that, Wagner was a consultant with Booz, Allen & Hamilton for three years working in their Acquisition Services Group.
 Wagner received a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Illinois in 1973, and a master's in finance and econometrics from the University of Chicago in 1976.
 Graco Inc. supplies technology and expertise for the management of fluids in both industrial and commercial settings. The company manufactures and markets systems and equipment to move, measure, control, dispense and apply fluid materials.
