Grace executive director Steve Baker Steve Baker (born September 8, 1978 in Pontefract, West Yorkshire) is an English professional footballer who is a defender and currently plays for Gateshead. Baker has played for a number of clubs including Middlesbrough, Huddersfield Town, Darlington, Hartlepool and said the plight of those his charity serves varies widely. He said most of his clients are among the working poor, and that about 2 percent are homeless.
