GOVIDEO OPENS NEW EASTERN U.S. SALES OFFICE, ESTABLISHES ON-SITE LIAISON IN SOUTH KOREA

 SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., April 29 /PRNewswire/ -- GoVideo, Inc. (AMEX: VCR) today announced the opening of its first regional U.S. sales office, and the establishment of an international liaison office in Seoul, South Korea. The two offices will enable the company to manage its growth in the areas of sales and product procurement.
 Mr. John Parkhurst has been hired for the newly-created position of eastern regional sales manager. He will oversee all sales activity in the eastern half of the country, will be based in Darien, Conn. and will report to Kevin Sullivan, executive vice president of sales and marketing. Mr. Parkhurst has more than 20 years experience in the consumer electronics and retail industry. For the past eight years he was key accounts manager for Mitsubishi Electronics. Prior to that he was director of sales for Bush Industries.
 In Seoul, South Korea, Mr. Jesse Kim will serve as on-site liaison between GoVideo and its Asian suppliers, primarily Samsung Electronics Corporation. Mr. Kim has more than 10 years experience in the industry and has previously provided similar liaison services to Intel Corporation and VLSI Corporation.
