 GOV. CASEY APPOINTS FOUR NEW MEMBERS TO COMMISSION FOR WOMEN
 HARRISBURG, Pa., Jan. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Gov. Robert P. Casey today announced the appointment of four new members to the Pennsylvania Commission for Women, the state agency that promotes equal opportunity for women in all aspects of life.
 The governor also reappointed three current members.
 The new members are:
 -- Susan Smith of Lemont, Centre County, replacing Susan Gerhart of DuBois, who resigned. Smith is a legislative assistant to state Rep. Ruth C. Rudy.
 -- State Rep. Phyllis Mundy of Kingston, Luzerne County, replacing former state Rep. Connie G. Maine of Townville, Crawford County, whose term expired.
 -- Judith S. Schilling of New Kensington, Westmoreland County, replacing Marsha Zakowski of Venetia, Washington County, whose term expired. Schilling is professor and dean of Institutional Research and Management Information Systems for the Butler Community College Foundation, Butler.
 -- Attorney Patti Louise Smith of Allentown, replacing Sarah L. Johnson of Philadelphia, whose term expired. Smith is vice president and shareholder of the law firm Frank, Frank, Penn and Bergstein, Allentown.
 Casey reappointed Judith M. Heh of Camp Hill, Cumberland County; Frances Ryan of Cheltenham, Montgomery County; and Linda J. Miller of Philadelphia.
