Staff Writer VENTURA -- Clear blue skies and coastal breezes were just one of the reasons people flocked Saturday to the 131st Ventura County Fair. ``We like to call this a country fair with ocean air,'' said Craig Underwood, president of the board of directors 31st District Agricultural Association. Running through Aug. 13, the fair offers everything from farm animal judging to a flower displays, free concerts, including one by the classic rock group Foreigner, and even pig racing Pig racing is a sport in which juvenile pigs race around a small track. Farwell has been attending the fair since she moved to Ventura four years ago.
