Among them are Twilight Delight, a deep rich chocolate; Citrus Sunset, dark chocolate fused with bits of orange and caramel crunch; Toffee Interlude interlude, development in the late 15th cent. of the English medieval morality play. Played between the acts of a long play, the interlude, treating intellectual rather than moral topics, often contained elements of satire or farce. , a slightly sweeter dark chocolate blended with crunchy toffee and caramelized almonds; and Espresso Escape, a dark chocolate with a blend of finely ground roasted espresso beans. Cocoa content varies from 48 percent to 72 percent, depending on flavor. Reviews were a bit mixed but tasters liked the Citrus Sunset and Toffee Interlude best.
