HOLIDAY COOKBOOKS The following is a list of cookbooks, sorted alphabetically by author's surname. This is not a list of external links to commercial sites; please list only cookbooks here.

The first two books in the new Williams-Sonoma Entertaining series address Thanksgiving and Christmas. ``Thanksgiving Entertaining'' by Lou Seibert Pappas (Free Press; $24.95) and ``Christmas Entertaining'' by Georgeanne Brennan (Free Press; $24.95) offer lots of tempting party ideas for novice or veteran host or hostesses. Each book contains 50 recipes and more than 200 beautiful color photographs. You'll find planning and wine serving tips as well as special decorating ideas for tables, centerpieces and such. The Thanksgiving book covers lots of bases including some delicious day-after creations.

HOLIDAY FLAVORED COFFEES

If you like flavored coffees, give Seattle's Best Coffee Seattle's Best Coffee is a specialty coffee retailer and wholesaler based in Seattle, Washington, USA. It became part of Starbucks Corporation on July 14, 2003. Its international division is owned by FOCUS Brands, Inc.  holiday choices a try. We liked them all any time of day - Cinnabon (rich and buttery blend with a subtle flavor of spicy cinnamon cinnamon, name for trees and shrubs of the genus Cinnamomum of the family Lauraceae (laurel family). Cinnamon spice comes chiefly from the Sri Lankan cinnamon (C. zeylanicum), now cultivated in several tropical regions. ), Hazelnut Cream (infused with hazelnut flavor) and Very Vanilla Javanilla (with lots of vanilla flavor) - and found them good to mix and match, too. Look for the ground coffees in 12-ounce bags with a suggested retail price of $8.49 each at supermarkets including Ralphs, Albertsons and Vons.
