Pizza books and recipes continue to proliferate - and one of the latest ones to join the lineup is ``Pizza,'' by Diane Morgan and Tony Gemignani (Chronicle Books; $18.95). For this volume, Morgan, author of several cookbooks, teams up with Gemignani, a five-time World Champion Pizza thrower and co-owner with his brother Frank of Pyzano's, a Northern California Northern California, sometimes referred to as NorCal, is the northern portion of the U.S. state of California. The region contains the San Francisco Bay Area, the state capital, Sacramento; as well as the substantial natural beauty of the redwood forests, the northern  pizzeria.

More than 60 recipes are included - for every sort of pizza from thick to thin - with traditional and newfangled new·fan·gled
