 trucks from Angel Harvest (a nonprofit agency that provides food to those in need in the L.A. area) will arrive at the Hollywood & Highland complex to pick up any prepared unused creations. The food - appetizers, entrees, salad and desserts - is then delivered to social service agencies - and the following day will be served for lunch and dinner at Los Angeles shelters. This will be the ninth year Angel Harvest will be involved with distributing the leftovers.

 Grill & Jazz, as it's called, has been completely remodeled. General manager Michel Keller is an alumnus ALUMNUS, civil law. A child which one has nursed; a foster child. Dig. 40, 2, 14.  of the Patina Group, as is Vibrato's chef Sharon Funt, formerly at Nick & Stef's downtown.

Vibrato fare is described by Keller as new American, and it features 40-day aged prime beef. That refers primarily to half a dozen steaks ($27 to $36) with a hangar at the low end and a porterhouse the most expensive. Salmon ($29), swordfish swordfish, large food and game fish, Xiphias gladius, of the warmer Atlantic and Pacific waters, related to the sailfish. It is named for its sharp, broad, elongated upper jaw, which it uses to flail and pierce its prey of smaller fish, rising beneath a school  ($28), Maine lobster (market) and lamb chops ($35) round out the grill entrees.

Fourteen starters include six salads ($9 to $13), tomato soup ($8) and garlic bread ($6). There are a variety of vegetable and potato side dishes ($6 to $9), and Vibrato offers six sauces at no extra charge to complement its grilled dishes.

With its new 25-seat bar, deep wine selection and entertainment nightly without cover charges, Vibrato at 2930 Beverly Glen Circle, Bel-Air, serves dinners from 5:30 to 10 p.m. nightly and to 11 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays. Information and reservations: (310) 474-9400.
