A year later, the Institute was approved to grant an Associate of Applied Arts Degree. to compete against other finalists from Art Institutes nationwide. Finalists' culinary talents will be judged by a panel of chefs in the final cook-off, May 5. An All Artisanal Award will be bestowed upon a family-owned business that best exemplifies outstanding artisanal food production. Deadline for entries is Feb. 28.
