It has a much milder and smoother chocolate flavor (than the Ecuador) with very subtle orange or fruity overtones. We favored the Madagascar bar. Although the company also makes a 55 percent cacao Cuba bar, due to trade restrictions it's not allowed to be imported to this country (you'll find it in Europe). The company plans to release a bar sourced from Peru in early 2007.
