the types of events that bring Tony and Carmela's family and their ``business associates'' together, including baptisms, bridal showers, family reunions and holidays. Most fitting is Chapter 10, ``The Final Celebration,'' a selection of buffet courses appropriate for the post-funeral ``mercy meal,'' because, as Carmela notes, ``None of us would like our funeral to end with punch and cookies in the church foyer or takeout food from Chicken All Day.'' True credit goes to Michele Scicolone for the recipes, many without tomatoes or garlic, and Allen Rucker Allen Rucker (b. September 26, 1945) is an American writer and author. Born in Wichita Falls, Texas and raised in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, he earned a B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis (1967), an M.A.  for capturing the dark wit of the series in the text. Salut!
