Her menus mix recipes that can be made ahead along with those that can be made (or finished) easily at the last minute. - Natalie Haughton PASSION FRUIT RUM Allied Dome recently introduced Malibu Passion Fruit Caribbean Rum, which is great in cocktails like martinis, mojitos, pina coladas, daiquiris and more. You can also use it to jazz up fruit desserts. Soak strawberries, raspberries, kiwi or other fresh fruits in it and spoon over ice cream or pound cake slices. The product joins other flavors in the Malibu rum line - pineapple, mango and coconut. Personally I'm partial to the coconut - it tastes great and makes fabulous libations. Look for the new flavor at liquor and grocery stores, with a suggested price of $17 per 750-milliliter bottle and $21 per 1-liter bottle. - N.H. You can enjoy the drinks hot or cold. Whip up a batch of pie a la mode with them by heating either flavor in a microwave-safe glass for one minute.
