.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 28, 1996--Good Humor-Breyers, America's leading ice cream manufacturer, announced the completion of a $12 million expansion of its Henderson, Nev., plant. The expansion will bring Breyers ice cream to the plant, which previously produced Popsicle, Klondike and Good Humor Noun 1. good humor - a cheerful and agreeable mood

With the addition of the packaged ice cream lines, the Henderson plant will be among the largest ice cream plants in the country. Before the expansion, the Henderson plant operated 14 novelty lines and produced more than 600 individual novelty items annually. The expansion creates 60 new jobs for a total employee count of 570 and will increase the plant area by 50 percent, from 100,000 sq.ft. to 150,000 sq.ft. The operation was completed in less than one year.
