 GOLDEN QUAIL RESOURCES ANNOUNCES NEW PRESIDENT
 CARLSBAD, Calif., Sept. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Golden Quail Resources


Ltd. (NASDAQ: GQRVF, Vancouver: GQR) announced that Michael A. Schaffer has stepped down as president of the company.
 The company is pleased to announce the appointment of Colin Redden as its new president. This move is consistent with the company's policy of bringing the San Bernardino County, Calif., Project into production.
 Schaffer remains on the company's board of directors.
