GOL board approves quarterly complementary dividends.

: GOL) has said that its board of directors, at a meeting held on 27 October 2006, approved the payment of quarterly intercalary dividends to shareholders.

The total amount of the complementary dividends is BRL32.592m, corresponding to BRL0.16611 per preferred and ordinary share.

All outstanding shares on 13 November 2006, inclusive, will be entitled to receive the dividends approved. The company's shares will be traded ex-dividend on the Sao Paulo Stock Exchange Sao Paulo Stock Exchange
