During an appearance by the award-winning actress on her show, Oprah said: "God bless your real breasts."

Kate shows off her silicone free assets in sex scenes for her latest film, The Reader.

Oprah told her: "I love the fact that you have real breasts because, in all the breast scenes, your breasts do what real breasts do."

Shocked Kate replied: "Thank you so much."

Oprah added: "If you look at women with not-real breasts, their breasts are sticking straight up. That's how you know."

Kate, 33, who picked up two Golden Globe awards at Sunday's ceremony, admitted she always got nervous before sex scenes.

Asked by Oprah if The Reader director Stephen Daldry told her how to position herself, Kate said: "Yes. Then he says, 'If it isn't comfortable, you don't have to.'

"But I said, 'No, I 'm comfortable. What are you suggesting? That I'm old?"'

Kate, who has stripped off for several roles, also told how she helped 18-year-old co-star David Kross through his first film love scenes.

She said to him: "Look, I'm here for you, it's really going to be OK. I promise you, you will be laughing about this."

Kate told Oprah: "He said, 'Look, I don't believe you but I hope that you are right.

'"And then, five minutes later, we were laughing and he said, 'Oh, thank God. Now I understand.'"

Kate revealed she had an "out-of-body" experience after realising she had won her second Golden Globe on Sunday night Sunday Night, later named Michelob Presents Night Music, was an NBC late-night television show which aired for two seasons between 1988 and 1990 as a showcase for jazz and eclectic musical artists. .

The star, who took Best Actress for Revolutionary Road and Best Supporting Actress supporting actress nattrice f non protagonista  for The Reader, added: "I'm still shaking.

"I was shaking on the morning I woke up on the day of the Golden Globes and I haven't stopped shaking since."

Her Revolutionary Road co-star Leonardo DiCaprio Leonardo Wilhelm DiCaprio (born November 11 1974[1]) is a three-time Academy Award-nominated and Golden Globe Award-winning American actor who garnered world wide fame for his role as Jack Dawson in Titanic.  appeared by Skype link-up from his LA home to congratulate Kate on her success and blew her a kiss.

He joked: "She was going to become the most nominated actress of all time without winning. Thank God this finally happened."
