GO.com Web Sites Continue to Experience Double-Digit, Year-Over-Year Growth According to Media Metrix; ABC.com, ABCNEWS.com, Disney.com and ESPN.com All Grow Significantly.

.com, ABCNEWS.com, Disney Online and ESPN ESPN Entertainment and Sports Programming Network  Internet Group all experienced double-digit growth in unique visitors A count of how many different people access a Web site. For example, if a user leaves and comes back to the site five times during the measurement period, that person is counted as one unique visitor, but would count as five "user sessions.  from May 1999-2000, according to Media Metrix.

From May 1999 to May 2000:

-- ABC.com has grown 78%.

-- ABCNEWS.com has grown 11%.

-- Disney Online has grown 41%.

-- ESPN has grown 28%.

"Our leading positions at ABC, Disney and ESPN, along with our other Web sites offering some of the most entertaining and engaging content on the Internet, have proven to be a formidable combination, attracting increasing numbers of consumers," said Steven M. -- ABC.com's 78% growth is due in large part to the popularity of

"Who Wants to Be a Millionaire." Since January 2000, ABC.com's

online version of "Millionaire" has been played more than 100

million times. In addition, from April to May 2000, ABC.com

grew 23%. During May 2000, ABC.com featured "PreView" an

exclusive, behind-the-scenes look at "The View," in which

users were able to watch streaming video of the co-hosts and

producers preparing for that day's program, a special tribute

to Michael J. Fox's departure from "Spin City," and produced a

special section for the Daytime Emmy Awards, which aired on

ABC.

-- ABCNEWS.com has experienced 11% growth during the past year

and an even more impressive 25% jump from April to May 2000.

During May 2000, ABCNEWS.com covered the Elian Gonzalez
