Today, Infoseek Corporation (Nasdaq:SEEK), home of GO Network(TM) (www.go.com), announced a national search that invites people to tell the world why they are an ultimate go-getter.

A GO Network GO-Getter knows the measure of time and understands the value the Internet can provide by making everyday tasks easier and more time-efficient. These GO-Getters represents people constantly on the go, able to accomplish multiple tasks at once while still finding time to enjoy life.

Beginning on June 10 and running through June 24, consumers can enter the search by logging onto www.go.com. Based on criteria stated in the rules, one winner from each of the following three categories will be chosen as an official GO-Getter: -0-

--       Executive Secretaries and Personal Assistants
--       Nannies and Child Care-givers

All three winners will have the opportunity to represent the GO Network GO-Getters program in their hometowns and will receive more than $1,200 in cash and prizes. Winners will be announced on July 27, 1999.

Personal Assistant to the stars, LeeAnn Heck, will serve as the Ambassador of the GO Network GO-Getters program. Heck has been in the entertainment industry for more than 15 years, serving as a personal assistant to celebrities such as Robin Wright Penn and Faye Dunaway. Clients from her business Consider It Done have included Sheryl Crow, Minnie Driver and Billy Bob Thorton.
