GMT Corp (GMT), a leading supplier of workforce management solutions, announced the latest in a series of product enhancements that together form a powerful employee information management system (EIMS).

The most visible payoff from these enhancements is GMT's new Employee Review Report. This report brings together in one place all of the known information about an employee and provides one-stop shopping for managers and supervisors. In a time when it seems that every week introduces another competing system within a business, GMT Planet(TM) gives managers a tool with which to view information in just one place.

The Employee Review Report is specifically designed for use during employee reviews. It can be read by the manager prior to the review or reviewed with the employee during the review. It also allows a manager or supervisor to provide the employee with an objective view of her or his performance. For the selected period it includes:

    --  Compliance to schedule by week or month.

    --  Employee history items such as customer complaints, training
        sessions, quality review scores, and any other types of
        information flagged for inclusion in the report.

    --  Current scheduling information such as skills and
        proficiencies, hours desired per week, etc.

    --  Selected employee exceptions.

    --  Paid time off taken, and paid time off requests granted or
        pending for the future.

    --  Future event reminders, such as next quality monitoring date,
        any upcoming expiration of licenses, certifications, or
        skills, and so on.
