GMACCM Mortgage Trust I 1999-B Rated `AAA' by Fitch IBCA.NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 28, 1999-- GMACCM Mortgage Trust I's $60,281,865 variable rate class a insured notes, series 1999-B, are rated `AAA' by Fitch IBCA IBCA International Braille Chess Association IBCA Institute of Burial and Cremation Administration IBCA Integrated Business Communications Alliance IBCA International Barbeque Cookers Association IBCA Department of Interior Board of Contract Appeals . The notes are offered by private placement pursuant to Rule 144A of the Securities Act of 1933. The ratings address the likelihood of timely payment of interest and principal. The ratings do not address the possibility that the holders of the Notes might suffer a lower than anticipated yield, or the receipt of default interest, prepayment premiums, or excess interest. The Notes represent beneficial ownership interests in the trust, the primary assets of which are 11 variable rate mortgage loans secured by 11 properties. Seven of the properties are assisted living facilities, representing 67% of the pool asset balance, with 22% secured by two properties providing both assisted and independent living facilities, and 11% secured by two skilled nursing properties.
