 Institutional Advisors announced today the acquisition of Serravella Apartments, a 216,904-square-foot multifamily property located at 1710-1720 North Fuller Avenue, Hollywood, Calif. The property was acquired in a joint venture with Security Properties, Inc., a real estate investment and operating firm engaged in the development, acquisition and operation of residential property.
