Before joining GMAC Global Relocation Services, Young worked for Prudential Relocation, where he played an instrumental role in increasing company revenues and ensuring that new clients achieved their business mobility objectives. Schwartz said that the Southwest region, particularly Texas, is experiencing a tremendous amount of corporate relocation activity. Young's experience and familiarity with the region will be an important asset as the company seeks to increase its presence there, Schwartz said. Young is based in the company's Houston office.

John Rason

Working from GMAC Global Relocation Services' London office, Rason, director of Business Development, oversees global client relationships for Europe, the Middle East and Africa Europe, the Middle East and Africa, usually abbreviated to EMEA, is a regional designation used for government, marketing and business purposes. It is particularly common amongst North American based companies, who often divide their international operations into the . Before joining the company, Rason served in a variety of senior management positions with Ernst & Young's Human Capital Practice, specializing in global mobility consulting and outsourcing. His clients included global companies such as ING Group, General Electric, Lucent Technology, Sony Ericsson and The Arup Group. Rason established the Ernst & Young EMEA International Assignment Centre in 1996 and has extensive business development and operational experience in outsourcing.

Kutt, Young and Rason join a business development team that also includes Frederick Schmitz (Central Region), Paige Bearce-Beery (West Region) and Rick Pearson (Southwest Region). The team reports to Senior Vice President Scott Sullivan, who is responsible for global sales and marketing.
