 Commercial Mortgage Corporation (GMACCM) has arranged $56,000,000 in fixed-rate, refinancing for a San Francisco San Francisco (săn frănsĭs`kō), city (1990 pop. 723,959), coextensive with San Francisco co., W Calif., on the tip of a peninsula between the Pacific Ocean and San Francisco Bay, which are connected by the strait known as the Golden , Calif., office building located at 111 Sutter Street, approximately one block from Market Street, San Francisco's major thoroughfare.

This modern, Class A office property, with an irreplaceable architectural shell dating back to 1926, underwent more than $30 million in renovations back in 1999 and was named "The Best Restoration Project of 2001" by the San Francisco Business Times.
