 Commercial Mortgage Corp. (GMACCM) has arranged $164,686,000 financing for an industrial property portfolio.

The properties are located in Nassau and Suffolk Counties, New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
.

The financing consists of two pieces including, floating and fixed-rate funding.

The floating-rate is made up of 26 industrial and office properties. Long Island Industrial Group, L.L.C., the borrower, received $128,203,000 in interim financing Interim financing
