 Commercial Mortgage Corporation (GMACCM) has arranged $16,275,000 in financing for two Missouri office properties.

The 40 Corporate Center in Town and Country, Missouri Town and Country is a city in west St. Louis County, Missouri, United States. The population was 10,894 at the 2000 census. Town and Country has the highest median household income of any city in Missouri with population over 10,000 and also has one of the highest median incomes , received $8,850,000 in a fixed rate permanent loan with a 30-year amortization. The center has a total of 77,600 square feet.

The Clayton Heritage Center in Clayton, Missouri Clayton is the county seat of St. Louis County, Missouri, part of the Greater St. Louis metropolitan area. The population was 12,825 at the 2000 census.
