(GMACCH) has announced the appointment of James A. Dalton as president of GMAC Commercial Mortgage Europe. Dalton has direct responsibility for the company's lending and operations throughout Europe. "Jim brings to this position a broad background of leadership in all aspects of the commercial real estate business combined with solid experience in our European operations," said David E.
